Please read the following terms and conditions closely before ordering from Atlanticom Systems Online. By accessing, browsing, and using this Site, you  acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use & Online Sales . Atlanticom Systems Online reserves the right to reject any order without explanation. Persons using this service for fraudulent reasons or by fraudulent means, including fraudulent means of payment, will be prosecuted.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

For your online purchase convenience, Atlanticom Systems Online accepts the following forms of payment:

The "Billing" address on the order must be the same as the credit card billing address. An incorrect Billing address may cause your order to be delayed or canceled.

You credit card statement will show that the charge to your account is made by Atlanticom Communication Systems, Inc.

Note: Atlanticom Systems Online protects our customers information by the use of secure server software. When an order is submitted the secure server software encrypts all the information you input prior to being sent to Atlanticom Systems Online. In addition, we employ internal control within our organization so that your credit information is not shared with those who do not directly process the order & charge. Transaction history is also removed from our servers regularly. However if you are still not comfortable entering your credit card or banking information online, please place your order online and select "Fax Authorization" as your form of payment. You will need to submit the Fax Payment Authorization Form before your order will be processed. Please include your online order number with all correspondence.

Corporate Purchase orders without an established account are subject to Credit Approval. Please call 732-701-1800 for a credit application or download a copy of a Credit Application. Fax the completed Credit Application with your order to 732-701-1811. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

All forms of payment must be made in U.S. Dollars. All orders will be processed and shipped upon receipt of a wire transfer, money order or cashier’s check. For company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. All Money Orders, Certified Checks and Company Checks must be made payable to Atlanticom Communication Systems, Inc. All personal checks must be certified. Deposits and transfers returned by the bank are subject to a fee of $35, or the actual amount charged to use by the bank (whichever is higher).

    Pay By Check

You may use the pay-by-check feature of our checkout area, however, note that all conditions that apply to mailed checks also apply to this feature. When using this convenience a bank draft will be issued by us and drawn on your account. By using this method of payment you acknowledge that you are an authorized signer on this account, explicitly authorize us to submit this draft for payment and authorize your bank to process this draft without your original signature. As always, shipping charges will be added to your order and made part of this draft or, in some cases, a second draft will be submitted for the shipping charges in the event that the charges are not known at the time of the order.

SALES TAX

Atlanticom Systems Online is required to collect applicable sales tax on transactions shipping to the state of New Jersey as required by law. All new customers are assumed to be taxable unless valid documentation stating otherwise is provided. Valid documentation includes a resale or exemption certificate issued by the State, completed, and signed by you. It must include your State assigned resale/exemption number. All other forms of tax exempt status are insufficient.

Any taxes that appear on your online order may be adjusted accordingly to reflect the actual tax charge. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect all the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is actually shipped.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to the wide variety of products Atlanticom Systems Online offers, it is impossible to fairly implement a shipping policy based on number of items ordered or total order cost. Thus, shipping and handling must be calculated on a per-order basis, and is determined according to the total weight of the order, the method of shipping and the destination.

Atlanticom Systems Online ships almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS). For large orders Trucking companies may be utilized at the discretion of Atlanticom Systems Online. Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-72 hours after credit approval. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we may experience a delay in which case we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

All shipments are insured for the full cost of the goods value, the cost of insurance is included in the shipping charge.

Transit damage is the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported immediately to the carrier's representative.

Products Drop Shipped directly from the Manufacturer may utilize alternative shipping methods. We will advise you of any deviation via email.

Many products are in-stock at any of our 7 fulfillment centers located throughout the US.

The specific location we ship from is at the discretion of Atlanticom Systems Online. We base that decision on whichever center is closest to the shipping address that has the item in stock as well as the time of day the order is processed. Please DO NOT return any shipments to the manufacturer, distributor, or manufacturer under any circumstances; they will be refused. See our Returns section for more information.

Shipping Methods.

Atlanticom Systems Online offers the following method of shipment for products shipped from our fulfillment centers:

Note: All priority orders (1-3 day delivery) must be placed by 12:00 PM ET (9:00 AM PT) to ship out on that day. You will be contacted by a Sales Representative who will confirm the availability of the product(s) you ordered for priority shipment.  Not all products and or destinations can utilize priority shipping. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes.

Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

All orders placed with Atlanticom Systems Online are subject to United States (U.S.) export control laws. At the present time, Atlanticom Systems Online  will ship orders only to destinations inside the United States and Canada. Information regarding shipments outside these countries can be obtained by calling 732-701-1800.

Drop Shipping.

To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from the manufacturer or our distributors to our customers. We call this type of shipping "drop shipping". Unfortunately, we currently do not provide any online tracking for drop shipped package. Please email us if tracking becomes necessary. Atlanticom Systems Online charges the actual shipping costs to your order. The use of fulfillment centers, when possible, reduces your distance costs.

Product Damaged in Transit.

If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept the package(s) from the shipper; or please make sure that when you sign the shippers proof-of-delivery slip that you include a note stating that the package appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. We do expect you to deal with the carrier in that case. Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 2 days upon your receiving products of any damage/problems. In order to serve you better we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2 days of receiving them. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this should be reported to the carrier  within two days of receiving the product. Check with the carrier for details on their damaged shipment policies.

Wrong Products Received.

In the rare event that you received a product different than what was ordered we must be contacted within 2 business days from the receipt of the shipment. If we made a mistake/error in shipping and we are contacted within the specified time, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA) and instructions on how and where to return the product. Atlanticom Systems Online will be responsible for freight both ways, and will ship you the correct product. See Product Return Section for more information.

Refused Shipment

Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special order product), it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order prior to the product being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after product has been shipped, the refused shipment or return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight.

PRODUCT RETURN INFORMATION

Products damaged in shipping must be reported within 2 business days of date of delivery. Please visit our Damaged in Transit section for further information.

Please keep all original packaging! We will only accept a return if returned in original boxes that you received it in. All products, except software, may be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days from date of delivery (the products must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used, with all manufacturers included accessories including manuals). Please contact us via e-mail, fax 732-701-1811 or call us at 732-701-1800 for a return authorization number, please include your original order number and invoice number with all correspondence. You will be given a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to ship. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. A return authorization number will be issued by Atlanticom Systems Online and must accompany all returns. Items returned for credit will be rejected if no authorization number has been issued or freight has not been prepaid. Items returned are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Return Authorizations are valid for 10 days from the date issued. All products returned must be in original packaging, and include all reference materials included in the original package.

Special Order items (wireless items, special lenses, etc...) may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.   Please contact a sales representative if you have questions.

All returned merchandise must be in original carton and packing material without exception . Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to Atlanticom Systems Online in like fashion. We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not comply with our Return Policy.

Once your returned item has been inspected and accepted, we will issue a credit to your account, typically within 5 business days. We will issue a credit to the credit card account used for the purchase only. Orders paid by other cash methods will be issued a bank check from Atlanticom Systems Online. Your refund/credit will be the original amount paid for the product, less the restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

Defective Products:

Any product which proves to be defective within fifteen days of delivery may be credited or exchanged for a replacement of the same model. Simply contact us via e-mail, fax 732-701-1811 or call us at 732-701-1800 for a return authorization number, please include your original order number and invoice number with all correspondence. Products initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 20% restocking charge as well as a freight charge for replacement shipment. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid return authorization number visibly marked on the package and the shipping label.

Atlanticom Systems Online, at our discretion, will repair or replace without charge to the customer any merchandise proven defective in material or workmanship for the period of the manufacture warranty. Complete terms of the written warranty are set forth on the warranty cards packed with the product and are available for the customer's examination prior to purchase by requesting them via e-mail, fax 732-701-1811 or call us at 732-701-1800.

When returned merchandise is found to be defective and out of warranty, the customer will be notified in a timely manner with the estimated cost of repairs. Customer must authorize/acknowledgment of the estimated cost of within 10 days of notification. In the absence of such acknowledgement, Atlanticom Systems Online reserves the right to dispose of all defective merchandise.

All returned merchandise must be in original carton and packing material with . Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION

All products sold by Atlanticom Systems Online are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Complete terms of the written warranty are set forth on the warranty cards packed with the product and are available for the customer's examination prior to purchase by requesting them via e-mail, fax 732-701-1811 or call us at 732-701-1800. If you believe that a product you have purchased from Atlanticom Systems Online is within the manufacture warranty time, please refer to the Return Policy above.

Eastern Time - Monday thru Friday for Phone Orders, technical assistance, system design, questions and/or comments. Atlanticom Systems Online voice mail and fax machine are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Atlanticom Systems Online offices may be closed or hold special hours of operations during holidays.  All orders placed will be processed during normal business hours.
